No Fireworks, Firearms or Weapons allowed on property.
No smoking inside house/condo.
No dirt bikes or other ATVs.
No Pets (withouth prior approval and pet deposit - call for details).
Turn gas off on gas grill whn finished cooking.
No long distance calls using house phone (please use calling card service).
Check out procedure: Remove all food items, Place all garbage in bags & cans, Wash & replace all dishes/cookware, Leave key an counter and lock door.
